- Building and maintaining forecasting and capacity planning models to support operational demand
- Analysing work volumes and resourcing trends to help teams plan effectively
- Creating and improving Power BI reports and dashboards for stakeholders across the business
- Working with large data sets from different internal and external systems
- Providing insight and recommendations based on data analysis and operational performance
- Collaborating closely with field teams, analysts and internal stakeholders to explain reports and support decision making
- Supporting ad hoc analysis requests and helping identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Working hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible between 8 am and 5 pm
What you should bring to the role
- Experience creating data visualisations to support data-led decision making
- Experience using Power BI to design and build reports
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with Microsoft Office tools
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders and communicating insights clearly
- Ability to analyse trends, identify irregularities and work with large data sets
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, SAP BO/ECC or previous utilities/capacity planning experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- Competitive salary from 45,940 up to 48,000 per annum depending on skills and experience
- 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service. (plus bank holidays)

Base location: Hybrid Kemble Court, Reading, with a minimum of one day a week in the office (each Tuesday)
