Maintenance Manager (Dutch Speaking)

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a busy public sector environment on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual with a strong maintenance management background to secure a long-term role. Applicants can come from any recognised trade background, including electrical, mechanical, or joinery disciplines. Managing day-to-day maintenance operations Overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules Managing and updating computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) Coordinating contractors and maintenance teams Monitoring performance, repairs, and reactive maintenance works Supporting continuous improvement across facilities operations SVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in a recognised electrical, mechanical, or joinery trade discipline Proven experience within facilities management and maintenance operations Experience managing PPM schedules and computerised maintenance repair systems 36 per hour ~ Temporary to permanent opportunity ~ Long-term public sector contract ~ Parking available on site ~ Immediate start available If you are an experienced Maintenance Manager looking for your next long-term opportunity, apply today.
