A public Italian-American restaurant is located on the ground floor, complete with alfresco front terrace, elegant wrap around bar counter and a glazed conservatory in the rear. Set on the first floor, our oak-panelled, Tokyo-influenced members bar evokes Art Deco grandeur, with a sculptural bar stretching beneath soaring windows. Celestes second floor offers members an open kitchen-style pantry , serving Japanese dishes from the traditional robata, alongside delectable sushi and sashimi. Tucked beneath the eaves, on Celestes third floor, The Apartment is an ideal spot for a private hosted occasion, with rustic beams, reclaimed wooden floors and the spirit of an artists studio.

As Good Receiver youll be responsible for:
Receiving and forwarding all goods and deliveries in and out of the premises to the correct point of contact/storage area.
Being able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of the club.
Monitoring and taking inventory on regular basis with the support of the Cost Controller to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
Maintaining clear and organised records ensuring all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
Monitoring PAR levels for all food and beverage items ensuring proper levels.
Being responsible for storage of both food, beverage and non-food beverage and operational stock.
Being responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
Being responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
Refusing acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
Ensuring cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
Assisting relevant staff members in finding out any cost discrepancies on the invoices / deliveries.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Proven experience working as a Goods Receiver in a luxury / lifestyle multi-outlet food and beverage operation.
Stays up to date with current food trends and best practices.
Must be able to work flexibly including evenings and weekends due to the operational hours of the club.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and coming front of house to talk to members.
A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.

The on target earning potential for this role is £36,019 per annum - comprising a base salary of £27,019 (based on a 40 hour working week on hourly rate), plus a qualified estimate of £9,360 in gratuities and service charge.*
