Permanent, 40 hours per week
As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will create and develop the marketing strategy for The Shepherd Mayfair along with the on-property stakeholders and then lead the day-to-day execution of it. You will work closely with the Hotels brand and strategy partners eg: PR, Creative and Digital Marketing, to maintain online presence, drive engagement across social platforms and assist in crafting promotional content.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience | attributes
Works as | to Marketing Executive level and | or above in a Lifestyle company
Has completed some sort of Higher | Tertiary education in Hospitality or Marketing
Does (has) work in London

Responsibilities of the Assistant Marketing Manager will include but are not limited to:
Support the execution of the annual marketing plan and budget across digital and print channels.
Manage the hotel website and ensure content, imagery, menus and promotions are current and on brand.
Coordinate social media calendars, engage with followers and monitor reputation on review sites and OTAs.
Assist in producing creative content – photography, video, signage and collateral – that captures the hotel's bespoke aesthetic.
Collaborate with Sales & Revenue teams on promotions and packages; prepare proposals and track campaign results.
As the department is small, there will be sales responsibilities including hosting site inspections and property tours for media and clients in the absence of the Director of Sales and Marketing and some sales administration duties
Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department, including CRM data entry, invoice processing and travel logistics.
Chair | Lead the Hotels Marketing meeting and not only bring creative ideas but support other Hotel leaders in how to get the best out of their departments
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
