• Generating new business opportunities through multiple engagement methods.
• Leading initiatives to expand the company’s market presence across the UK and Europe.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with both new and existing partners.
• Using market and competitor insight to identify leads and strategic development opportunities.
• Presenting tailored technical or operational solutions clearly and persuasively to clients.
• Accurately recording all client and project activity on the company CRM.
• Staying informed on market trends to help refine the service offering and maintain competitive advantage.

What you will need to Apply: You’ll ideally have experience in a solutions or project management role within a technical, engineering, or industrial environment. You bring a blend of commercial awareness, leadership capability, and strong organisational skills, along with a proven track record in delivering complex projects to high standards. A comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance is essential. You’ll also be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, communicating effectively across teams, and maintaining operational control over each stage of delivery.
