We are working with councils nationwide who are looking for experienced practitioners across a variety of teams including: Safeguarding Assessment MASH / Front Door Children in Care / LAC Child Protection Court & Care Proceedings Fostering / Kinship Children with Disabilities Leaving Care UASC Family Support & Intervention Edge of Care Permanence Teams Current Regional Pay Rates (Social Worker, Senior Social Worker, Advanced Practitioner Team Manager) Yorkshire: £35ph £40ph North East: £28ph £36ph North West: £35ph £45ph East Midlands: £35ph £45ph West Midlands: £28ph £41ph East of England: £36ph £42ph London: £37.50ph £45.50ph South East: £35ph £45ph South West: £35ph £47.50ph Requirements Qualified Social Worker Social Work England registration Ideally 3 years post-qualified experience gained within permanent Local Authority Childrens Services roles Strong safeguarding, assessment, and court work experience Ability to manage complex caseloads within statutory services We are recruiting for both office-based and hybrid opportunities, with contracts available across short-term and long-term assignments.
