We have an exciting new vacancy for a Receptionist to join our team at the Elite Venue Selection hotel in Bromsgrove. The Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa is a 146-Bedroom hotel that is ideally situated near the M5 and M42 motorway, just on the outskirts of the town centre as well as offering regular transport links from town centre.

Your duties will include:
Welcoming guests and checking guests in and out on front of house system
Advising guests and visitors about the facilities on site.
Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay
Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera systems would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
