We are working with councils nationwide who are looking for experienced practitioners across a variety of Adult Services teams including: Safeguarding Hospital Discharge Community Teams Older Persons Learning Disabilities Mental Health Physical Disabilities Transitions Review Teams Integrated Neighbourhood Teams Duty & Assessment DoLS / BIA AMHP Services Current Pay Rates £28.00 per hour
- £45.00 per hour (dependant Requirements Qualified Social Worker Social Work England registration Ideally 2 years post-qualified experience Strong knowledge of the Care Act, safeguarding procedures, and strengths-based practice Experience managing complex caseloads within statutory Adult Services We are recruiting for both office-based and hybrid opportunities, with contracts available across short-term and long-term assignments.
