My client is a well-established, small but very busy very busy subcontract engineering company who do a variety work for different industry sectors including Aerospace, Motorsport, Medical, Commercial and Oil & Gas industries. They are now looking for a CNC Miller to Programme, Set and Operate Hurco Mills. The ideal candidate will be time served and would preferably have experience of XYZ.

Benefits:

  • Salary circa £ - £ depending on experience
  • 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available

  • Bonus based on company performance and personal performance
  • 20 days holiday rising to 25 days with service plus bank holidays

    • Duties:

  • Setting and operation of Hurco milling machines
  • Prove jobs.
  • Set up and run machines.
  • Work to very fine tolerances down to 20 microns
  • Inspection of own work.

    • Experience:

  • CNC Milling experience.
  • Hurco and/or OneCNC preferable
  • Previous programming, setting/operating experience is essential.
  • XYZ experience preferred
  • Ideally apprentice trained however experience is more important.
