What Will You Be Doing?

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. From sourcing top-tier candidates to building relationships with niche clients, you'll have full ownership of the 360° recruitment process.

You’ll be:

  • Sourcing high-quality candidates for specialist roles
  • Winning and managing clients within your niche market
  • Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities
  • Working towards clear KPIs and goals
  • Driving your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get out

Put simply: source candidates, win clients, do deals.


We care more about character than credentials. What we’re looking for is,

  • A recent graduate (any discipline welcome!)
  • Competitive and likes to lead from the front
  • Target-driven and thrives under pressure
  • A natural communicator with resilience and energy
  • Motivated by goals, growth, and earning potential
  • Ideally (but not essential) have experience in customer service
