Bright Learning is a growing private training and tuition provider delivering vocational qualifications, employability training, Functional Skills, and tuition support across two Leicester centres.


We are looking for a proactive and highly organised operations professional to help support the day-to-day running of a growing education and training business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating people and processes, taking ownership of responsibilities, and working within a fast-paced operational environment.


You will work closely with leadership to help maintain smooth daily operations across learner support, enrolments, compliance processes, scheduling, customer service, and centre coordination.


Responsibilities


  • Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre and ensure high standards across learner experience and administration
  • Coordinate enrolments, learner communication, scheduling, assessments, examinations, and operational processes
  • Maintain operational systems, learner records, and compliance documentation accurately
  • Meet enrolment targets through proactive follow ups, enquiry handling and contributing towards acheiving monthly student resgistration goals across the centres.
  • Liaise with awarding bodies, learners, tutors, and external organisations professionally
  • Support operational planning, staff coordination, onboarding, and general centre organisation
  • Resolve day-to-day learner, customer service, and operational issues efficiently while supporting continuous improvement across the business
  • Work closely with leadership to support operational performance and continuous improvement across the centres


Skills & Experience


  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing operational needs
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team
  • Previous experience in operations, sales, education, recruitment, customer service, retail management, or training environments would be beneficial
  • Candidates who are multilingual, particularly in Hindi and/or Punjabi, will be preferred
