Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership – Foster a positive working environment encouraging professional growth, by training, supporting, and developing team members
- Customer Service – Showcase exemplary customer service and sales skills, to promote brand image and cultivate strong relationships with customers
- Brand Activation – Work with head office to create in store experiences and events to drive sales and promote brand awareness
- Sales and KPI’s – Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets
- Inventory Management – Oversee inventory control procedures, including replenishment, stock takes, and deliveries
- People Management – Ensure safety and wellbeing of employees and customers are met, create rotas, and manage team performance
- Product Knowledge – Develop a strong understanding of products and services offered in store in order to maximize sales and increase customer loyalty
- Events – responding to incoming enquiries for private event bookings (hen dos, corporate events and kids parties), and ensuring events are organised, staffed and run smoothly, with the customer experience taking priority
- Visual Merchandising – With the assistance of head office, merchandise store to showcase key preforming products and new collections
- Operations – Complete sales, refunds, and deliveries using the till in store to maintain stock accuracy and ensure customers transactions are accurately fulfilled

- Basic office skills – managing emails via Outlook, using simple Excel functions
- Shopify POS experience is preferred
- You have a willingness to get stuck in and involved in a variety of tasks, in order to strengthen your skill set and support the business
- Previous retail management experience required
