Professional Qualifications Exam Officer (21 hours per week)

Salary: £30,000 (Full time equivalent)

PART TIME hours: 20-25 hours per week (spread across 5 days)

Fixed Term contract Maternity Leave cover (12 months) with possibility of extension

Location: Home working with once a month in their Westminster offices, London

About: Our client is a leading professional body whose members are engineers.

Role Overview: A detail-oriented Exam Officer to manage the Professional Exam operations and support professional development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the professional exam, liaising with software providers, candidates, and examiners.
• Manage post-exam administration, monitor candidate irregularities, and update the CRM database with results.
• Arrange exam certificates and handle appeals.
• Assist in organizing professional development events.
• Prepare reports on exam processes and results.
• Continuously improve internal processes and services.

Qualifications:

• GCSEs including English and Maths
• Relevant business or IT qualification preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/LMS systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
