As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead all F&B operations, driving performance, profitability, and service excellence. You will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's reputation, inspiring your team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and events
- Lead, develop, and motivate management and service teams
- Drive revenue, control costs, and manage departmental budgets
- Ensure exceptional guest service and uphold luxury brand standards
- Manage staffing levels in line with business needs and payroll targets
- Oversee stock control, purchasing, and cost of sales performance
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Events team on menus and service delivery
- Lead function meetings and ensure flawless event execution
- Be present during peak service times, ensuring operational excellence
- Deputise for the Director of F&B when required
Training & Compliance
- Deliver structured training programmes to maintain high service standards
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, licensing, and employment legislation
- Maintain outstanding hygiene, presentation, and operational standards
Ideal Candidate
- Leadership experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills

- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams
