MCS Group are looking for a Global Head of Payroll to join a global financial services company based in Belfast.

The Company:

Our client is a global financial services company based in Belfast with multiple sites across North America, EMEA and APJ regions. They are an award-winning business that provide a variety of services to their extensive global customer base. Now is an exciting time to be joining the company as they looking to a Global Head of Payroll to join their growing Belfast team.

The Role:

As the successful Global Head of Payroll, you will be reporting to the CFO and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead global payroll operations
• Manage inhouse payroll providers, acting as senior escalation point for complex issues
• Partner with finance to ensure accurate journals, reconciliations & alignment with forecasting and planning
• Deliver payroll strategy
• Maintain strong controls
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Global Head of Payroll will have the following characteristics:

• Extensive experience in international payroll operations
• Background in both in-house and outsourced payroll delivery models
• Proven people management
• Strong communication skills.
