Position Details
- Job Title: Project Administrator
- Location: Warrenpoint
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Reporting To: Contracts Manager
Salary / Benefits:
- Salary: £26,700 per annum

About you:
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within a technical or construction environment
- Excellent IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail
- Relevant administration qualification or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
What you'll do:
- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
- Manage project documentation and update progress reports regularly
- Schedule meetings and maintain project calendars
- Assist in maintaining compliance and health & safety standards
- Support general office administration to keep the project team organised and efficient
