They are now seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer (Business Central) to join their IT team and support the ongoing improvement of critical business systems.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, process improvement, and working closely with users across the business within a collaborative environment.


The Opportunity

Youll play a key role in supporting and improving core business systems, with a particular focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central.


This role combines 2nd line support, systems analysis, and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both resolving technical issues and identifying opportunities to improve how systems and processes operate.
