About You

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Cleaning Manager, with a progressive career in the industry
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and large teams
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Confident in liaising with clients, delivering presentations, and leading meetings
  • Hands-on approach with knowledge of the latest industry machinery and techniques
  • Passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work under pressure, think logistically, and remain professional and calm
  • Good communication skills, including basic literacy and numeracy for safety instructions and client interactions
  • Must be flexible to work weekends if required

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring standards are consistently met
  • Manage staff schedules, holidays, and training to optimise team performance
  • Conduct quality audits and monitor cleaning materials, PPE, and stock levels
  • Liaise with clients, support functions, and attend departmental meetings
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve excellence and safety standards
