About You
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Cleaning Manager, with a progressive career in the industry
- Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and large teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Confident in liaising with clients, delivering presentations, and leading meetings
- Hands-on approach with knowledge of the latest industry machinery and techniques
- Passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work under pressure, think logistically, and remain professional and calm
- Good communication skills, including basic literacy and numeracy for safety instructions and client interactions
- Must be flexible to work weekends if required
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring standards are consistently met
- Manage staff schedules, holidays, and training to optimise team performance
- Conduct quality audits and monitor cleaning materials, PPE, and stock levels
- Liaise with clients, support functions, and attend departmental meetings
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve excellence and safety standards
