The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key leadership opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to make a real impact within a growing business. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping financial strategy, supporting commercial decision making, and driving operational improvements across the organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will gain broad exposure across the business while leading and developing a high-performing finance function within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

  • Lead the finance function, ensuring strong controls and accurate reporting
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow analysis
  • Manage audit processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Oversee R&D tax credits, grant funding, and external stakeholder relationships
  • Support operational and commercial teams with financial insight and KPI reporting


The Person

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant
  • Proven leadership experience within a finance environment
  • Strong technical accounting and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business
