Order Pickers – 13 hour rotational shift
We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Uform. The successful candidates will be responsible for picking customer orders to specified finishes, ensuring all items meet Uform's quality standards. You will report to the Business Unit Manager.
This position is on a 3-day rotational shift working the hours of 6am to 7pm. This role comes with a 13% shift allowance.
To successfully fill this position, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
1-3 years' previous experience in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment.
Demonstrated ability and willingness to work flexible and/or demanding hours as determined by the needs of the business.
Either hold or be willing to undertake a stand-on picker truck test.
Previous order picking experience, including handheld scanner and pick-by-voice headset.
Basic working knowledge of Quality Control and Health & Safety within a shop floor environment.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
