Sales Executive

£32,000-£36,000 + Bonuses
We are working with a well-established and growing business known for delivering high-quality products across residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Sales Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals and working within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The opportunity
This role will see you managing the full sales process, while developing strong relationships with a diverse client base including contractors, designers, developers and private customers.
Youll play a key role in driving revenue, providing expert product advice and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business
- Manage the full sales cycle including enquiries, quotations and closing deals
- Provide expert advice on product selection and suitability
- Conduct client meetings, showroom consultations and occasional site visits
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
About you
- Proven experience in a client facing sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, target-driven and commercially minded
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Experience working with trade or B2B clients is desirable
