The Role

As HR Generalist, you will report directly to Senior Management and oversee all day-to-day HR activities across the business. Supporting approximately employees across multiple NI and UK locations, you'll manage a broad range of HR responsibilities within a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle across the business

  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to managers and employees

  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and documentation

  • Support onboarding, inductions, contracts, and probation processes

  • Advise managers on absence management, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with current employment legislation

  • Liaise with external advisors regarding employment law updates and more complex HR matters

  • Assist with reviewing and improving HR processes and policies

  • Support recruitment activity across operational teams when required

  • Monitor absence, holidays, and HR reporting requirements

  • Promote a positive and collaborative culture within a fast-paced production environment

The ideal candidate

  • Previous experience in an HR Generalist role

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • CIPD or relevant qualification

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
