They are now looking to hire a Senior Director of Engineering to lead this transformation at scale.

The role will oversee multiple Software Directors alongside an engineering organisation of approximately 100 engineers, with responsibility for scaling both delivery and the companys AI native engineering model.

• Driving adoption of AI assisted software development across engineering
• Embedding Claude based coding workflows at scale
• Building governance and operational standards for AI generated code
