This role suits a Registered Adult Nurse or Paediatric Nurse with complex care experience who is confident working with commissioners and external stakeholders and is looking to combine clinical expertise with commercial responsibility.

Role OverviewAs a Nurse Case Manager Business Development , you will work in a 70 percent business development and 30 percent mobilisation capacity, coordinating between commissioners, clinical teams and operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with Local Authorities, ICBs, hospitals and case managersSecure new complex care packages across adult and paediatric servicesLead packages from referral through assessment and mobilisationCoordinate internal clinical and operational stakeholdersAttend meetings, events and networking forums to support growthUse CRM systems effectively, HubSpot experience beneficial
RequirementsRegistered Nurse RGN or RSCNActive NMC registrationExperience in complex care in the home, brain injury or learning disability services xcswzye Strong understanding of commissioning pathwaysConfident communicator with external stakeholdersFull UK driving licenceRight to work in the UK.
