This strategic leadership position is pivotal in driving the field sales enablement strategy across the UK and Emerging Markets. You will ensure the long‑term growth of the partner sales team by delivering world‑class programs that build core capabilities and embed best‑in‑class tools and practices across the region.
As a key member of the Global Revenue Enablement leadership team, you will translate business needs into actionable productivity plans. Your work will measurably improve the performance of field sales teams, creating a consistent customer‑facing voice and driving business outcomes that support Xero’s mission to empower small businesses.
You will lead a dedicated team of Enablement Business Partners while collaborating closely with regional sales leadership and global revenue operations. This role acts as a bridge between global strategy and regional execution, working cross‑functionally with product and marketing teams to ensure our sales force is fully equipped to succeed.
