VP, Leveraged Finance – Lead LBO & Direct Lending Deals

MUFG seeks an experienced professional for its Leveraged Finance team in Greater London to manage and execute leveraged finance transactions. You will prepare marketing materials and internal documentation, negotiate terms, and drive profitable deal flow from the private equity community. The ideal candidate will have a degree, relevant post-degree qualifications (CFA, ACA, MBA preferred), and at least six years of experience in European private equity sponsor-backed transactions, demonstrating strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
