Overview

Our client, a leading Global Hedge Fund, is looking for a Qualified Financial Controller to join their growing Finance function. The role covers financial reporting, financial analysis and strategic initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

Location: London Area, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting and Reporting under IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP
• Responsible for month-end closing of management entities
• Management Accounting including preparation of Management Information, Budget & Forecasting and Cashflow management
• Assist in regulatory filings across the EMEA regulated jurisdictions
• Focus on improving processes & controls

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ideally ACA or equivalent and Practice Qualified)
• Post Qualification experience in Financial Reporting & Control gained within a Financial Services firm
• Experience of reporting under IFRS, UK GAAP & US GAAP
