The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Lead and manage the Mathematics department, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching and learning
- Develop an engaging and ambitious curriculum across KS3, KS4, and KS5
- Raise attainment and progress through strategic leadership and effective intervention
- Support, coach, and develop staff within the department
- Use data intelligently to monitor performance and drive improvement
- Promote a love of mathematics through enrichment opportunities and wider participation
- Contribute fully to the wider life of the school and its leadership culture
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with a strong subject knowledge
- Has successful middle or senior leadership experience within a secondary setting
- Has a proven track record of raising achievement in Mathematics
- Is passionate about delivering an exceptional education for every student
- Has excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Can motivate and inspire both students and colleagues
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
