What you’ll be doing
- Own your field , doctors, treat the market like your own patch.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates who trust you more than a job board, and clients who see you as their go to problem solver.
- Run your desk with real autonomy, no micromanagement, no endless sign offs.
- Grow and hunt client accounts, spot opportunities, seal deals, expand your footprint.
- Negotiate like a seasoned veteran, rates, placements, packages, packages, packages.
- Deliver high quality staffing solutions, fast, compliant, and effective so our clients genuinely believe in what we do.
