An elite US law firm in London is seeking a high-calibre Private Equity & M&A Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its market-leading corporate team. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the sharp end of premium international deal work, acting for major global sponsors, corporates, and financial institutions on sophisticated and high-value transactions.

The Role

You will be exposed to a wide variety of complex and cross-border transactions, including:

• Private equity buyouts, co-investments and exits
• High-end public and private M&A
• Strategic investments, carve-outs and joint ventures
• Advising sponsors, portfolio companies and institutional investors across multiple sectors

You will work closely with renowned partners and take a hands-on role on headline deals with global significance.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience gained at a top-tier firm (UK or international)
• Strong background in private equity and M&A with exposure to cross-border work
• Excellent academic track record and technical skill set
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to work as part of a lean, high-performing team
