Job Description
This role would suit an experienced Employment Tax Manager with a passion for providing excellent client service and high quality employment tax compliance and advisory services across a wide range of industries and sectors.
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Manager looking to work as part of the core employment tax team, rather than in a compliance centre. Whilst the role will have an element of tax compliance there is plenty of opportunity to get involved in advisory work.
The role offers flexible/remote working options and brilliant career development opportunities.
Key responsibilities and duties will include the following:
- Responsible for delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio.
- Supporting the recruitment, supervision, and development of junior team members.
- Undertaking detailed technical research and providing expert advisory guidance on complex tax matters.
- CTA qualified with several years’ post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and delivery skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
