RVP Sales EMEA NORTH – London
The RVP-EMEA North will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our operations within the EMEA region. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and a focus on achieving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to all EMEA North teams, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment and consistency with company-wide strategies.
Team Management
- Lead and manage regional teams, setting performance expectations and targets.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Business Development and Growth
- Drive growth and profitability within the EMEA North region, identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and explore new markets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to meet revenue and growth targets.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all EMEA North teams.
- Monitor performance metrics, operational processes, and quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in delivering results and client success.
- Act as the main point of contact for EMEA North-related matters, including addressing and resolving operational issues.
- Provide input and feedback to the executive team on regional strategies and challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a regional leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving strategic goals and driving growth and profitability.
- Proven leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the (specific industry or sector) is a plus.
