Job Description
Reporting directly into the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager of Corporate Development's main duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Lead and execute corporate development strategies to achieve organizational growth objectives.
- Analyze financial data to identify potential opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present detailed financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors and business partners.
- Oversee due diligence processes and manage integration plans for acquisitions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on corporate development activities to senior leadership.
This role requires at least 3 days/week in-office.

The Successful Applicant
In return for a competitive remuneration package, the successful Corporate Development Manager will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years relevant experience in either investment banking, private equity or previous in-house corporate development experience
- Solid understanding of financial modeling and analysis
- Proven ability to identify and evaluate growth opportunities within the construction industry
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Experience in managing mergers, acquisitions, and investment processes
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive strategic initiatives

- Base salary of $145,000 to $150,000
