Key Responsibilities
- Play a leading role across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, evaluation, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management
- Take ownership of financial analysis and modelling, delivering high-quality insights to support investment decisions
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams, helping to drive operational and strategic value creation initiatives
- Actively contribute to deal sourcing efforts, identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities across target sectors
- Support the development of investment theses and sector perspectives
Key Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience across investment banking or consulting, followed by private equity or growth equity
- Strong investment judgement with a track record of leading or supporting transactions
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to assess both quantitative and qualitative factors
- Experience in, or a genuine interest in, tech-enabled business models
- Strong academic background (First Class or 2:1, or international equivalent) from a leading university
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
- High levels of intellectual curiosity, commercial acumen, and drive
