Our client is a pan-European investor focused on backing tech-enabled businesses across a diverse range of sectors. With a highly hands-on approach, the firm partners closely with management teams to unlock value, drive operational improvements, and accelerate strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a leading role across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, evaluation, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management
  • Take ownership of financial analysis and modelling, delivering high-quality insights to support investment decisions
  • Work closely with portfolio company management teams, helping to drive operational and strategic value creation initiatives
  • Actively contribute to deal sourcing efforts, identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities across target sectors
  • Support the development of investment theses and sector perspectives

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience across investment banking or consulting, followed by private equity or growth equity
  • Strong investment judgement with a track record of leading or supporting transactions
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to assess both quantitative and qualitative factors
  • Experience in, or a genuine interest in, tech-enabled business models
  • Strong academic background (First Class or 2:1, or international equivalent) from a leading university
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
  • High levels of intellectual curiosity, commercial acumen, and drive
