As a Garden Centre Manager, you will manage, lead, inspire and develop an amazing team and ensure all customers have a great in‑store experience.

At British Garden Centres, we aim to deliver a great experience in our Centres and go above and beyond in creating an exceptional customer service experience. The Garden Centre is a high‑volume environment with a fast turnaround; the successful candidate should have proven managerial experience, be physically fit for a very hands‑on role with occasional heavy lifting, and have a passion for exceptional retail standards, driving sales and great customer service.
Requirements: Previous Garden Centre Management experience (centre manager or deputy manager level) and ability to motivate a team of managers and supervisors to work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines. Plant knowledge, excellent customer service skills, communication and team‑management abilities, experience working in a similar role, experience managing a team, and horticulture experience are desirable.
