  • Cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, finance, operations, customer success, and product

What you bring

  • Significant experience in sales or business development and in leading large teams (ideally 40+ people)
  • Proven experience managing managers — not just individual contributors
  • Ownership of revenue targets and team‑level number
  • Strength in forecasting, CRM discipline, KPIs, and operational rigour
  • A track record of scaling teams, improving productivity, and turning around underperformance
  • Experience leading mixed‑seniority teams and developing both senior and emerging talent
