We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing and serving as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines are met and queries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Taking responsibility for the preparation and finalisation of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure accurate and timely VAT returns and registration submissions.
  • Oversee payroll processes and provide support on compliance.
  • Review the work of junior team members, providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal systems and workflows for greater efficiency.

About You

Here’s what we are looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 6 – 10 years post qualified experience in practice.
  • Excellent technical skills, with knowledge of UK reporting requirements, including FRS 102, 105 and UK GAAP.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, adhering strictly to reporting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written with ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven experienced in supervising or mentoring junior staff.
  • Working knowledge of Xero, Sage and CCH.
  • Good IT skills, including proficient use of Excel.
