The Firm

This leading North West practice is renowned for its strength in both individual and business services and is proud to be ranked in the Legal 500.

They reject a “factory” model and instead focus on providing tailored, highly personal legal services. Many of their lawyers have been with the firm for over a decade, some for more than 30 years, which speaks volumes about their supportive environment and commitment to professional growth.

With 110+ staff across multiple offices, the firm is embedded in the community and works closely with local charities, trusts, and initiatives.

The Role

The firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their South Manchester office, working 1:1 alongside an Equity Partner on a high-quality and diverse caseload.

You’ll gain direct exposure to corporate transactions across sectors such as entertainment, retail, and leisure, with work spanning M&A deals, shareholder agreements, and more advisory matters. From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to assist on complex transactions while also managing your own matters under the close guidance of the partnership.

• NQ–5 years PQE in Corporate law
