Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to play a central role in shaping and scaling product solutions across our global performance organization.

This is a fixed term contract position for 9 months.

This role sits within the Global Performance team, part of a wider unit delivering digital activation across 57+ markets. You’ll work closely with product, client and market teams, helping to prioritise what gets built, ensure it’s delivered effectively, and drive adoption across the business.

You’ll have end‑to‑end visibility of product initiatives, from roadmap prioritisation through to onboarding and performance tracking. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery and would suit someone who is comfortable navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders, and improving how products are rolled out at scale.
