Are you a strategic, creative and commercially minded brand leader looking to make a big impact? At Travelodge, we’re on a mission to evolve our brand and customer experience – and we’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to help drive that change.

The Role

This is a high-impact role at the heart of our Brand & Marketing team, with broad scope and real influence. As Senior Brand Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of our brand strategy and multi-channel communications, ensuring consistency, relevance, and differentiation across all customer and colleague touchpoints.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams – including Product & Proposition, Digital, PR and internal Comms – and manage multiple agency partners to bring our brand to life across ATL, digital, social, and in-hotel channels. You’ll also play a hands-on role in key business initiatives, from launching new propositions to leading creative campaigns and driving our social media strategy.
