This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing an eight-person Client Success team spanning Account Management, SEO and Digital Marketing. The team is split across Manchester and Ulverston, so experience managing people across multiple locations is essential.
Your biggest responsibility is people. Coaching, developing, motivating and supporting the team to deliver consistently excellent client outcomes is the core of this role.
You will also manage a small portfolio of accounts yourself to stay close to customer needs and will sit on the leadership team, shaping strategic decisions and helping drive international growth.
