The Opportunity

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic management and long-term stewardship of a complex, multi-sector property portfolio.

You will bring a strong technical surveying background alongside proven experience in asset leadership, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires a confident, commercially minded professional who can operate autonomously while influencing at senior level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the UK asset management function across a diverse portfolio
  • Provide strategic insight to senior leadership, identifying risks, opportunities and long-term priorities
  • Drive best practice in asset management strategy, governance, and reporting

Portfolio Management

  • Oversee inspections, maintenance, and improvement programmes
  • Ensure high standards of compliance, condition, and risk management across all assets
  • Manage refurbishment and capital works programmes to deliver quality and value

Programme & Project Delivery

  • Lead complex, multi-site programmes across the UK
  • Manage external consultants, surveyors, and contractors, ensuring accountability and performance
