About the Role
Your work in the Academic Quality department plays a vital part in maintaining and enhancing the quality of the academic experience across GBS. Supporting the Academic Standards and Quality Office, you will help ensure that GBS and its awarding partners uphold the highest standards of academic integrity, compliance, and quality assurance. You’ll implement and monitor quality systems and policies, produce high‑quality reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing the student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent application of partner and GBS quality policies.
- Produce high‑quality reports for internal and external audiences.
- Support audits, assessment processes and student casework procedures.
- Drive enhancements through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as secretary to GBS boards and committees, preparing agendas, minutes and reports.
- Deliver data‑driven reports, analysing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategic decision‑making.

- Willingness to travel between GBS campuses when required.
