About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a growing organisation’s ICT & Digital Transformation function for an experienced Solutions Architect. The successful candidate will join the architecture team, supporting the organisation and associated business units in developing and maintaining an architectural roadmap aligned to ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Architect will work closely with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to identify and implement effective technology solutions that support operational and customer-focused objectives. The role will play a key part in shaping system architecture, ensuring technical solutions align with wider business goals and enhance both colleague and customer experience.

Responsibilities include collaborating with senior technology leadership, architects, and development teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and effective system solutions.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Solutions Architect with a strong track record of delivering technical solutions across complex environments. Experience within housing or similar sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.

Candidates should ideally possess:

  • Proven experience working as a Solutions Architect
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and solution design experience
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems and architectural best practices
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience/qualifications within ICT
  • North East England office base with occasional travel requiredFull-time position (37 hours per week)
