Head of Finance

Our client is a high-growth, mission-driven consumer brand redefining its category through science-led innovation and a rapidly expanding global presence. With a strong foundation already in place and ambitious revenue targets ahead, the business is entering a critical phase of scale. As part of this growth, they are hiring their first senior finance leader to bring structure, insight, and strategic direction to the next phase.

The Head of Finance will act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving financial clarity, supporting fundraising, and building the infrastructure required for sustained growth.

Role Highlights

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Lead fundraising preparation, investor materials, and due diligence
• Drive performance through deep analysis of DTC and retail unit economics
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting, and cash flow management
• Build and scale the finance function as the business grows

You Will Need

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience supporting or leading equity fundraising processes
• Proven track record within high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Strong financial modelling and commercial decision-making skills
• Experience within e-commerce, DTC, or consumer-led businesses
