Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Stack Staff Engineer to join our expanding software development team. This role involves leading and mentoring talented engineers, driving project success, shaping application design, and standardizing approaches across teams.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Spearheading the development of scalable, secure, and well-architected products and platforms to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
  2. Leading influence by leveraging technical expertise and organizational authority to align with long-term organizational goals.
  3. Transforming strategic direction into tangible technology solutions, ensuring they are fit for purpose, business-valued, and compliant with quality and security standards.
  4. Overseeing technical work across multiple teams to reduce duplication, improve collaboration, and ensure smooth delivery.
  5. Partnering with engineering leaders, mentoring engineers, and removing blockers to foster growth and independence.
  6. Researching relevant technologies, market trends, and vendors to keep applications relevant, efficient, and valuable.
  7. Addressing technical blockers, reducing technical debt, and proposing process improvements for faster delivery.
  8. Guiding the Developer Community in defining standards that meet security, compliance, and audit requirements without hindering development processes.
