This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape how large‑scale change is delivered across one of Scotland’s most important public services.
As Head of Transformation & Change Delivery, you will lead the heart of COPFS’s transformation agenda, taking accountability for the successful delivery of major, complex programmes spanning digital, service, organisational and cultural change. You will work closely with Directors and Programme Boards, bringing clarity, structure and pace to delivery, while building long‑term organisational capability.
This role is ideal for an experienced transformation or programme leader who thrives in complex environments, is comfortable operating at senior level, and is motivated by delivering outcomes as well as developing people and ways of working. You do not need prior justice system experience to apply.
