Head of Collections & Legal Recoveries - Asset Finance Collections
Our client is looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to take charge of their Collections and Legal Recoveries function. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the collections and recoveries team to deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee problem debt exposures and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
- Design and implement robust recovery strategies, policies, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including AML, Consumer Credit, and fraud prevention.
- Provide high-quality management information to drive better decision-making and business outcomes.
