Job Description

Reporting into senior leadership within the function, the role sits at the intersection of payments strategy, client coverage, and solution design, with a mandate to materially accelerate growth across an expanding EMEA payments franchise.

Whilst the role retains ownership of payments strategy and product direction, the primary focus is on driving client outcomes and revenue generation. This includes partnering closely with Coverage and Sales teams to originate opportunities, shape tailored cash and payments solutions, and support complex client discussions across corporate and institutional segments.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Acting as a senior solutions lead for payments, supporting deal origination and converting pipeline into revenue
• Embedding payments capabilities into broader transaction banking propositions, with a clear focus on client adoption and commercial impact
• Collaborating with Sales, Coverage, and Product teams to design, position and deliver differentiated client solutions
• Representing the platform externally with clients and across the market as a payments specialist and trusted advisor
• Contributing to the evolution of the payments offering, but with a practical, front-office and client-facing orientation

The Successful Applicant
