Overview
As a Capture Manager at Foster + Partners, you will play a strategic role in identifying, shaping and supporting the development of high value opportunities for the practice. You’ll analyse markets, clients and competitors to strengthen pursuit strategies, help define new routes to market, and deliver clear, actionable insights that guide business development and strategic decision making.

What this role is ideal if you want to:
- Source, analyse and synthesise client and market intelligence from a variety of platforms and data sources.
- Support leadership in identifying growth sectors, geographic opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Review and refine propositions in response to client requirements and evolving market conditions.
- Contribute to business planning by informing sector and market strategies.
- Produce clear strategic briefings that support senior management decision making.
What you will bring to the team:
- Experience in business development research, data analysis or pursuit strategy in professional services.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to translate complex information into accessible insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively to support strategic initiatives.
- Confidence building rapport across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong skills in presenting complex ideas in clear, user-friendly formats.
- Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, InDesign, Miro or similar (desirable).
- Interest in architecture, design or the creative industries (desirable).
